Final idea: Floating umbrellas, which get interactive when it rains

The umbrellas would be floating in one big unit in a public space when the sun is shining. This time is also used for recharging via their embedded solar panels.

When it starts raining…

…the umbrellas would become interactive. They start floating out, tracking bypassers’s bluetooth and follow them to give cover from the rain.

You can also interact with the umbrellas online and on an iphone application. You can pick an umbrella to protect a person from the rain.
